Ingredients

3/4 cup unsalted butter, cubed

4 ounces unsweetened chocolate, chopped

4 eggs

2 cups granulated sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup all- purpose flour

2 cups mini marshmallows

1 cup chopped nuts

Directions

Two ways to melt the butter and chocolate. Microwave and stir until smooth let cool for 10 minutes.

Or as I do use a double broiler, I fill a medium sauce pan 1/2 way with water then in a metal bowl I place the butter and chocolate , then put the metal bowl on top of the saucepan with medium heat, continually stir until butter and chocolate are mixed. when this occurs remove from top of pan and let cool.

In a large bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, vanilla until blended. Stir in the chocolate butter mixture. Gradually add the flour until well blended.

Spread into a greased 13 inch x 9 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted at the center comes out clean.

Remove from oven but leave on. Sprinkle marshmallows, chocolate and nuts on top of brownie bake for 4 minutes longer. Cool on wire rack.
